Receivables purchase & collection
Our professionals work with numerous banks and legal professionals to purchase outstanding accounts receivable. Once assignment is made, we make contact with debtors to attempt to negotiate payment arrangements and settlement of accounts. If necessary, our individual professionals will pursue Court Judgments and Orders.
Judgment Enforcement and Levy
In the unfortunate event if communications fail with a debtor, our professionals, after seeking a Court Judgment or other Orders, will work with High Court Enforcement Officers, Court or Certificated Bailiffs, or other Civil Enforcement Officers to effect authorized levies and garnishments of real and personal property including vehicles, deposit and brokerage accounts.
Counseling & Education
Our professionals regularly speak on Judgment recovery at education seminars. In addition, they have been called upon as expert witnesses and provide one-on-one counseling with other legal professionals.
