Collected Personal Data 

Communication with our office does not constitute engagement or an agreement relating to services. DO NOT include personally identifying information (Account, Payment, Tax benefit numbers or birthdates) in your email communication. Should that information be necessary, it will be requested through established means. Our servers do collect IP address, provider and routing information for the primary purposes of website traffic analysis and to prevent electronic attacks.

Attempts to access or use our systems or services for illegal or fraudulent purposes may cause your information to be shared with law enforcement professionals.

Payments on Account

Payments on any account should be made directly through the professional who has negotiated your matter.

Judgment Collection issues

If you have had property or accounts levied against by a High Court Enforcement Officer, Bailiff or other Civil Enforcement Officer, and you wish to challenge the levy within the bounds of the law in the levy jurisdiction, you must contact the levying office directly if you were not provided forms at the time of the levy. In the case of deposit account levies and some personal property levies where the debtor is not present at the time of attachment, levy documents and claim forms are mailed and can take up to ten(10) business days to reach you.

Purpose of collecting data

Crown Chambers professionals engage in court judgment enforcement and/or debt collection(commercial and consumer). Any information obtained may be used for those purposes.
